I'm thinking of having my neighbor rebuild my 1984 Volvo 4.3L. It's got almost 2,500 hours on the clock and losing compression in #2 piston. I have some extra funds now and figure I should go for it before the wife says anything, lol.
I want it to be done right and willing to spend the money on a good rebuilding kit (new gaskets, new seals, pistons, new rings, etc).
Any suggestions on where to get this re-powering kit? Links? Cost?
