I am looking for a steering cylinder for my 1989 Carver 25 Montego, ( Marine Power Big Block 454) and uses the order style Volvo Penta Outdrive.
I can send a picture of the Steering cylinder ID plate if anyone has any ideas or nees to see it.
I have been told that this cylinder is no longer available from Carver or Volvo.
Can you advise as to where I might find one, new or used? Is there a rebuilt seal kit available as well?
Mine is leaking badly and needs to be replaced or rebuilt. Is there a replacement product identified for it?
