85 Sun Runner volvo Aq225 Exhaust manifold Replacement.

Well it is time to replace the manifolds. My dilemma is the last time i had manifolds replaced the engine needed to come out to do it as all the bolts were shot. looked at the bolts and looks like i got 14 out of 16 bolts with a good head but 2 are corroded. any suggestions? I know heating them but i think of a bilge, open flame and gas fumes.

Make a trip to Sears and pick up a set of Bolt-Outs.
I got a set years ago and am amazed with the rusty headed bolts they have removed for me.
