How to order timing shunt for EST distributors, Volvo Penta 3.0?

I read in these forums that a timing shunt, Volvo Penta P/N 885163-6, is required to set the base timing. Does anyone know where to order this online? The closest dealer to me is over 30 miles away, and I don't know if he will even have one for sale.

It is looking like either ordering or making one. I drove about 70 miles today to two dealers and phoned two others a little futher away and none of them carried it. I even checked with a Mercruiser dealer with the part number for the identical part and they didn't have it either. Here is the info for anyone else who needs the numbers:
Volvo penta p/n 885163-6
Mercruiser p/n 817374A01
