Does anyone know what the rated horsepower and carb type (2 or 4 barrel) was on the 2000 volvo 5.7 GS engine?<br /><br />Thanks

you may be able to e-mail volvo directly - it is a new enough engine that they should be able to help you.

5.7GS 1999 2BBL carb - 250HP<br /><br />5.7GSi 1999 TBI - 280HP<br /><br />Volvo does not list a 4BBL option (doesn't mean can't be done ).<br /><br />Aldo
