Is there a kit to lock out the engine starting when Out Drive trimed up?

I have a 2005 Fourwinns 180 4.3 SX-M drive. Is there a kit or parts that I can add to my boats electrical system to electrically lock out my engine from starting when the out drive is up to high?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this.
