I am getting spark, it looks weak tho. New plugs and distributor cap and rotor. I did have a problem with it not shifting in and out of gear and don't know if there is a sensor involved making sure not in gear when starting. Or could it be a bad tether kill switch? The motor is a Volvo penta 3.0 .Thanks much.
