I have a 2004 Glastron 205 that pulls a lot of skiiers and wakeboarders. Recently, the shifting from neutral to forward or reverse in idle is very slow to grab. When docking or just bumping it in gear to take the slack out of the ski rope, it takes a while for the prop to turn. The control lever has always been sticky and never smooth, but its always shifted into place. Someone mentioned an adjustment thats possible with the shifting cable? They also said something about the cone clutch being worn out. If an adjustment is necessary, what do I need to do. If that doesn't work, should I replace both cables, or just one, or look at the cone clutch? Thanks for your help!!
