I need the exhaust bellow, port side, the one that attaches to the riser.

I haven't tried to put this on yet but is it possible to replace this with out pulling the riser?

Yes, using the picture from the link above as referrence, loosen the clamps on the lower hose (#3) and push the hose down on the Y pipe. Then you should be able to move the elbow to get it off the riser.
A little spray lube of some sort makes pushing that lower hose down and back up a lot easier.
