Volvo lower unit skeg damage repair

I have some damage to my lower outdrive. Wondering if this is repairable or not? From what I have read so far unless it needs welding it can be straightened out just fine. It was run aground (not by me ) at about 10MPH on a pretty rocky bottom. You can see the damage to the prop as well. Suggestions???

check the propshaft for straightness, if you try to bend it it will break.
cast AL only likes to bend once.
