Need Head torque sequence!! Volvo penta 3.0 gs

I have a 2000 volvo penta 3.0 gs. It's the Chevy 181 engine in it... I'm replacing the head and need the torque sequence, also for the valve cover...Anything helps...thanks!!!

Basically start in the center and spiral out. Do it is 2 or 3 steps.

Valve cover, snug.
