Volvo Heat Exchanger Bolts?

I took my two Volvo AQ131D Heat Exchangers apart and took the cores to have cleaned and tested. Of course I broke off three bolts on one and one on the other. Took both housings to the machine shop to extract the broken bolts and to bead blast the housings (they look like new now) after being re-painted. My question is, I want to replace all the bolts that hold the housing together with new ones and wanted to know what type of bolts should I use, stainless, brass, bronze, other? Wanted to buy from local shop, being that Volvo ones are $1.40 apiece and I need 36 of them. The ones removed looked like they were brass or bronze looking. Thanks for the help!!

Re: Volvo Heat Exchanger Bolts?

I would use the stainless bolts and put some antiseeze compound on the threads
