Volvo Penta SX Outdrive zerc fitting HELP!!

Looked all over the net and parts stores cant seem to find any lube guns that fit into my port side zerc to lube the bearings. Regular size grease gun does not fit...Need help.

Ayuh,.... They sell greasegun adapters that work at 90?....Instead of in-line...
