Volvo Penta DP-SB 2013 Steering arm have restriction when everything is disconnect

Hi everybody, I removed my transom and I disconnect the steering actuator inside the boat.When I move the steering arm whith my hand I feel restriction, I can move the steering arm but its difficult. I found the pre load of the bearing hard. IS IT NORMAL ??? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR ANSWER

Ayuh,...... Welcome Aboard,..... No, the drive should swing fairly easily,.....

Thank you !!! , just disassembly and grease it and its fine,it was just dry its a rubber sleeve :joyous::joyous::joyous:
