After preforming maintainance on one of our boats (new compressor, turbo and alternator) the engine doesn't start anymore. Trim is still to high, but the trim and shiftactuator also doesn't work. After switching the current on the engine the EVC is lighting up but the clocks of the voltage, fuellevel, temperature and trimangle are dead. What do I forgot after the maintainance?

Right now I think something is still disconnected, turned off or fuse is blown. See if there is power to the run switch

Thanks AllDodge, eventually we changed the complete PCU with a new one. This worked. We think that a shortcircuit ruined the old one.

Glad you got her going, and knowing there was a short would have been good to know
