I am trying to find the correct gap for plug for my 1998 5.7GS duo prop in a 2000 Doral 250SE. Dealer has quoted me NGK BR6FS which I believe are correct but their price is insane for 8 plugs and I am seeing them online at 1.88/per from where I grab my boating parts.

If I have to gap them no big deal, can anyone confirm .035? I am trying to find a service manual for 1998-1999 5.7GS PWTR.Found what looks to be correct, anyone confirm? p/n 3851857
G 0.035"
(0.90mm)

You should be using the AC-MR43LTS according to the OEM service manual. You should also be using the .035 gap due to the GS having a Prestolite BID ignition system. The GSi (fuel injected) uses the Delco EST ignition system and a .045 plug gap.

The AC-MR43LTS converts to an NGK BPR6EFS (NGK 3623)

Damn I picked up the incorrect plugs , I bought the NGK 4323 BR6FS. I then looked into my receipt folder and found the Volvo p/n being 3851857 or Champion 401 RS12YC. I assume I can go with these if in a pinch http://www.sparkplug-crossreference....-PENTA/3851857 But I prefer to exchange and grab the 3623, appreciate the feedback

Careful with that website. The cross references are very broad and generic.

You can buy the BPR6EFS pre-gapped (bpr6efs-11, bpr6efs-13 etc...) the number at the end being the gap in mm. Usually, NGK pre-grap are right on. I always check them anyways.
