VP DPS-B prop lock nuts

Are you supposed to replace these prop lock nuts after removal each time? It seems to me that these nylon lock nuts could fail after repeated removal.

I would say no from a standpoint of maintenance as the props should be pulled annually if not more...that being said, it's cheap insurance and the prudent thing to do?

​And for the record, I've pulled mine 3-4 times in the past year; switched from F6's to F5's, had outdrive replaced, had service performed where they greased the props as part of the service...I haven't changed mine and put 85hrs on her this season...she's holding steady? I'm by no means a yardstick for common sense!

I only ask because you have to remove the props to change the lower unit fluid. When new it was a bear to unscrew the prop nuts the first time. Now that they have been off twice it's fairly easy to unscrew them. Being that there is no locking tab holding them on I certainly don't want to lose the props. This is just my thoughts.
