Dropped bolt in intake

I have a VP280 and I just dropped a bolt into the intake hole (the one that has the fitting on it where it transitions to the hose from the transom). I assume it will mess something up if it's flopping around in there.? It's not magnetic so a magnet on a string isn't gonna work

You must be my genetic twin. I always end up in a predicament like that. I have been able to extract bolts and nuts with my Fein vacuum, and a long (16) inch flat crevice attachment. Maybe a rubber hose necked down from a shop vac would also work. Dave-R
