Volvo Penta Fuel Pressure for 5.7 GI-F engine

Does anyone know the Hugh and Low fuel pressure specs on the 5.7 GI-F engine. I am trying to test the fuel pump and need the high and low specifications.

Do you have TBI or MFI?

TBI for the high should be 29 and MFI 39. Low will be 6 cranking and 5 at WOT. Volvo specs these to be +/- 2 PSI
