Please could anyone help me ID these Duo Prop outdrives? They have no identification marks or numbers anywhere on them that I can find. They are connected to 1989 Volvo Penta AQ205A engines and I dont believe they've ever been changed. Sorry the pictures aren't the best and I couldn't raise them up, the batteries were flat when I went to take the pictures

Looking up your engine model and clicking on Transmissions shows two drive models were used with that engine. Connecting Components Drive Unit Sp-A, Dp-A

Since you have a duo prop vs single prop, I'd go with you have a DP-A drive. :)

No Title

No tag? DP-A, DP-A2,DP-B etc had tags that were not in a code they told exactly what it is, like DP-A1 , 1.78:1 (ratio) , then serial number.
Tags are easy to miss, especially if the drive is tilted up. Click on the pic to enlarge then you can see the red arrow pointing to tag.
