hey Guys: hate to keep beating a dead horse, But what is this hose with the blue cap on it?
If it's what I think, is this where some put antifreeze to the engine block ?

That looks to me like a fresh water flush connection. If you remove the cap it should allow for a garden hose to connect

Is the symbol on the cap a bucket? I'll go with a flush point too. Take the cap off, see what's inside and sniff.

That is a flush connection. If you take it off,make sure the cap is tight when you put it back on. It will suck air and create a overheat

Information about this port is in you owners manual. You might want to read it. Hopefully you are draining your engine block to winterize. No antifreeze needed.
