Anyone Know What this ENGINE IS?

It's obvious, it's a Volvo Penta.

I don't think that's the answer he's looking for.
It's a 2000 to 2011 Volvo.
Get the hull# off the transom, that will have the year.
Send it to whoever made the boat and they can tell you everything you need to know.
Also remove the cover there might be some stickers on the motor??
