Stand to help remove outdrive

Anyone have good plan for stand to remove and reinstall Volvo Penta SX Cobra outdrive as pictured on 1995 200 Four Winns Horizon SX M model I think.

Got it off last year and took about 2 hours to get back on, with a lot bumping the drive spline til she hit perfect line up and slipped in, must have trie 100 times... getting too heavy for me now. Thanks ron3033

I recently bought a ATV jack from Harbor Freight for about $100. By adding a couple wood blocks and a ratchet strap it works perfectly. Make sure you use the alignment tool. It should slip right in.

Here is the one I welded up. The jack and wheels are from Harbor Freight.

getting too heavy for me now.

Ayuh,.... Crank up the trailer jack, to lower the transom,....or use blocks of wood, to establish the height,....

Then all yer doin' is rockin' the drive, insteada Liftin' it,.....
