just picked it up a month ago , I've changed impeller , grease in lower unit,spark plugs ,coils, new copper core wires ,points are converted to electronic , good spark & good compression. issue is hard staring and re-staring, won't idle good . trying to adjust the carb is a nightmare where do I start with the hi low screws ? manual would help so much ... thanks
