eska built 9.9 hp with tecumseh water cooled two stroke engine

hey all im trying to figure out what year model this outboard is i know it was built by eska the model # is 1917-A with serial # of 3c 340448 i have looked allover and cant find either number can someone please help shed some lite on this issue trying to rebuild it but need year model to find parts

1973-74 but my chart shows a 1917-A as a 15hp. and a 1916 is a 9.9
