1965 McCulloch 14.1 hp fuel tank connector

I have acquired a 1965 McCulloch 14.1 hp outboard.
It seems to be complete except I don't have a tank or hose.

It looks like it should be like the old Mercury single hose bayonet type connection to me.
Can anyone tell me what type of connector I'm looking for to connect to a fuel tank?

I believe you are correct on the Mercury thought. Personally, I just shove the bare hose on the male connector.
