I recently acquired a 1968 Eska 5 HP, model 1185, SN: T-634-07E is stamped on a plate on the engine and resembles a SN but the data plate is blank where the SN used to be printed. I've been going through it and see that the starting instructions say to mix 1/2 pint per gallon of fuel. Really?? That's a 16:1 ratio?? Can anyone confirm that it takes that much oil? I'm just used to 50:1 as an industry standard. The second question is about which spark plug it is suppose to have. On one forum I saw someone say that it requires a Champion J13Y gapped to .025 and in another forum someone said that it takes an RJ13 gapped to .030. Does anyone have that information?

Thanks in advance for your help!
