Thor made Montgomery Wards Sea King rare motor in Mercury history

I have come into a Thor Sea King. I am looking to find info, manuals and parts for this motor. The serial number stamped in the side is W2276. I believe it to be a 1938. Any body have any suggestions?

If I'm reading the numbers correctly a W2276 is probably the later part of 1936.
There is a little info in "the Old Outboard book" And the guys at www.aomci.org
may be able to help.
As I understand it Carl Kiekhaefer bought the Thor building and contents to use to manufacture a separating machine.
He and his staff managed to turn the suspect Thor into a working outboard.
