1980 Eska 7.5hp low end oil change

I bought a Eska 1980 7.5hp model# 14141A and want to check and or fill the bottom end. I can see a plug labeled (Fill) but no drain plug per-say. Anyone have any ideas?????

you should have a fill and a vent plug.
