Eska 9.9 need help

I need to know the fuel oil mixture for the eska 9.9 model# 14210e and were to find a side mount recoil gear

Also I got this motor for $25 from a guy that said one day it was running next it wasn't so I went to check fireing turns out he had the coils hook up wrong I changed them around and put alittle gas in her and she fired right up
