Help identify and give general information on this ESKA 5hp outboard.

Hello everyone, I recently purchased this eska 5hp outboard for a flatback canoe. I would like to find out as much about it as possible, like the year and model? If I could figure that out I might be able to locate a manual online to answer most of my questions. However other than the year and model, I would like to know the fuel ratio mixture? What octane should I run? Recommendations for what brand 2 cycle oil? What lubricants should be used for the shaft and the lower unit? Compression check showed 70 psi, anyone know what these run? Is there any recommended PM that I should do? Engine tag reads 6707330 and T-643-19. Thanks for any and all info.
