1981 Eska 7.5 Gamefisher help

Just bought a 14' Spectrum flat bottom with a 1981 Eska 7.5 217-585940. Its been sitting for at least 4 years. The owner started and ran it for about 15 seconds when I bought it with the water ears on. Started second pull. I'm thinking I should replace the water pump and impeller. Anything else I should replace or look at ?

I'd do the impeller - then I'd run it in the can to be sure it's misting out of the ports in the back of the leg. After that, see how it runs when it warms up. Don't turn the thing over without the plug or it;s wire being grounded - it's thought to fry the ignition module, and you don't want any of that.
