Sea King 9.2 HP

Just bought a Sea King 9.2 HP OB with boat and trailer for 500 bucks. The guy told me the OB was running great last summer and that was the last time it ran so I was thinking to myself that it will give me some problems. And yup it did. It wont start! So I'm wondering if anyone has any pointers or a user manual? Model number is VWB27909A. Thanks all!

That is a 69 motor built by Chrysler,formerly West Bend became Chrysler circa 1966.. Became Force circa 1984.
You might try the "Chrysler Crew" For information and parts.
You may find a service manual on Ebay. There are after market manuals listing many brands also sometimes available at the library. If it was mine I would sell the the 9.2 and get a Evinrude/Johnson 9.9.
Many many more sources for parts,reprint factory manuals etc. Just look up parts for the 9.2 and the 9.9.
