Sears Gamefisher 3.5

I just came into a older Sears Gamefisher and need some help, the model is217/58523-0
These are probably questions already asked so please be kind.

1- What fuel mixture is recommended for this motor.
2- What weight of oil is recommended for the leg.
3- I can only find the leg fill hole where is the vent hole located.

Any help or manuals that anyone can provide would be really appreciated.
