Just bought a 7.5 Gamefisher Eska...what should I do to it and how?

Guy's the original owner and said he did maintenance on it, but it's never had the impeller changed. I'd like to change the oil and swap the impeller first off and go from there. He claims it hasn't been run in six months, but of course that could mean a year or more. Yes, I've read the thread about waking up a sleeping motor, but I need specifics on how exactly to do the impeller and oil change. Do I do just the impeller or the whole water pump? PReferred vendor for parts? Any other information appreciated.

Motor came with the original owners' manual, which is pretty cool I think.

Thanks, Mahty. Are you the resident Eska expert? My model number is 217-586751. I'm hoping to get the fuel tank together in the next couple days and see if it starts. When I figure out how, I'll do the oil change and impeller...I'd really like to get it on the water next Sunday.
