What is value of a Clinton K-350 3.5hp Outboard 1980 year?

Hello-

I have a 1980 Clinton 3.5hp model K-350 outboard motor. It is in nice shape with the owners and parts manual. Can someone give me an idea what this is worth? There is a guy at my work that bis interested in it. What other outboards are similar to this? I heard Eska and Sears Ted williams are the same, along with some sea kings? In my opinion, a Clinton is worth maybe a third to half of a similar era Johnrude of the same horsepower, so I would make yours to be in the $125 to $175 range, IF it runs and needs NOTHING.
