Montgomery Ward, Vicking and Ted Williams

I have a 5hp. Montgomery Ward ser. 432060 Mod. K500 1106A, it runs great but is missing the cowl which I would buy if available. I also would like to know the fuel mixture and year for this motor.

I also have a 3 1/2hp. Viking that also runs. Mod. 34901 Ser. 1229. Would like the year and fuel mixture.

Also a 7 1/2hp. Ted Williams running and complete. Mod. 21758880, Ser. 222663.
Need year and mixture for this one too.

I have the same problem so I emailed a technician at cliton motor corp. and he sent me the specs here they are and good luck let me know if it works for you.
To get your unit running you will need the mechanical specs.and some suggestions to getting the unit started. As to the specs your horsepower
indicates it is the Model K-500, Manufactured 1972-1975, Horsepower 5.0 @ 5600. r.p.m., Operating Range 4,800 r.p.m., Idle 800 r.p.m., Bore 2 3/8, Stroke 1 5/8, Cubic Inch 7.2, Point Setting .020, Spark Plug CJ 8, Plug Gap .025, Fuel Mixture- 4 ounces of Outboard Motor Oil to 1 gallon of regular gas, Forged Crank, Engine Bearings ball and needle, Gear Case bearings bronze, Gear Case grease S.A.E. 90 oil or equivalent lower unit outboard lubricant..http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/forum/showthread.php?t=235627

I have a copy of the manual for my 3.5 HP viking. It says:
Fuel Mixture: 1/2 pint TCW 2 or 3 to 1 imperial gallon or 250 ml to 4 litres. 16:1
