On air cooled centrifugal clutch motor the clutch drive shaft bowl spins inside the bouwl housing. The bowl turns but the bearing feels bad. I cant removet either the inside snap or the outside ring. Looks like there is slso a grey lock ring under the bowl. Anyone able to help. Thanks much

Motor may have been submerged in water, maybe even saltwater.....soaked that clutch and bearings.....may want to consider buying a used motor very similar to yours on EBay or Craigslist and exchange the lower unit with the clutch. Or you may be able to disassemble yours and try to find replacement bearings/parts....
I've been running a Tanaka 3.0 HP for over 30 years now and I got water in the clutch area once and it got sticky....took it apart, dried it and got back running fine....but it was some freshwater in there....not saltwater! Good Luck!
