Need new impeller

First time out

Ok so i got my boat out on the water im new to this my first boat 12 ft aluminum fishing boat with a gamefisher motor this guy on the dock noticed it wasnt spitting out water so i shut it off and used the trolling motor these things supposed to spit water out from somewhere right?

Mu brother wanted to mess with it i pulled the motor up.to slide the bucket under it and i pulled to far and ot went click now its locked in.place wont release there a lever that says release but i tried it still locked hasnt been a good day lol

thats an 1988 Force made gamefisher. I had a 93 and 94. In section 9.4 of the manual shows a picture of the tilt mechanism for a 9.9.

Watched a video today. found one of a guy running his 7.5 gamefisher in a bucket. showed a good amount of water coming out the exhaust guess i be putting a impeller in it now the hard part finding one
