Hiawatha has a phelon mag. When I finally got the flywheel off I found the magnets had fallen off the flywheel. I need to glue them back on. I hate two part adhesives, but might have to go that way. I need suggestions to fix. I have 2 other scotts but the flywheels are different. I was going to look at the flywheels to compare the location but really don't want to take them apart. Is there a gap in between the magnets?

Magnet placement is critical. I'd look for a replacement flywheel. Lots of those old Scotts around.
