454 steam in closed cooling sydtem

Steam from port engine but no water in oil and spark plugs not steam cleaned

Where is the steam coming from?

What year? Brand? I/O or inboard

What was the operating temperature of your port engine?

Half system or full system?

Fresh water or salt (assuming salt)

When was the last time your manifolds and risers were inspected?

Also what did you have for lunch and what color shirt were you wearing when this all happened?

I assume you are looking for some advice on corrective action. The additional info that Scott outlined will be most helpful. I got 2 of those 454 thingys with closed cooling . . . no steam though.
