I just bought a boat with a 3.8L OMC mortor in it. I found a crack in the outside of the starboard manifold so I have to replace that. I found a guy locally that is parting out a 1984 boat. I am going to go look at the manifolds he has. My Question is he has a intake and 4 bbr carb for 50 dollars. I have a 2 bbr. Is there any thing to gain from putting on a 4 bbr. Also any other parts I should check from him while I'm There. Thanks

15hp gain
2V was 170HP, 4V was 185hp

at those prices, I'd be buying everything if it's in good shape
