engine swap 2.5l gm omc to 3.0l omc

I have a 2.5 120 with cracked block and can only find locally a 3.0 140. The 3.0 is fully dressed and wanted to know if this engine would be a direct drop in replacement size wise without any modifications? They both are set up for the omc stringer. Thanks.

Thanks bond-o. I was thinking it should be just larger bore size. Just wanted to check with you guys on here to be sure!
