Here we go again. It is a 2000 model Volvo 3.0L GS MEFS with a Holley 2300 2 barrel carb. Will be running fine at about at slow cruise, but when I shove the throttle forward it hesitates or even dies if I don't quickly bring it back. I have put in two kits, the second time a Holley kit since I heard the Sierra kit doesn't always fix the problems. Accelerator pump does squirt gas. I am questioning the power valve. It has a 3.5 which came in the kit, but my vacuum is about 15" at idle, and somewhere I read that it should be 1/2 of the vacuum reading, or a 7.5 valve. Any comments on this?
