I have a 1984 2.5 L OMC. There is fuel in the clear holes between the fuel pump and the carburetor . When the engine is running it looks like it shooting out of the fuel pump in the clear hose. When I hit the throttle from a standstill the engine wants to stall. Is my fuel pump bad? I have new I fuel water separator. New carb filter . New fuel pump filter. New plugs. New electronic ignition converter

Yep, pump is bad needs replacing. After fixing it may just fix your stalling issue as well
