I'm having to engine hoisted and removed on Monday. Do I need to unseat or remove the bellows so they can do this? How do you reseal it if I plan on using it again. Thanks in advance

No you don't have to seal anything just make sure you have the exhaust bellows clamps loosened there on there just by the clamps you might run into and im sure you will rusted up a little you can take a flat screw driver and go up under the edges to help it out coming out and I'd also suggest once it's out clean the pipes up a little with some sand paper the putting a little grease around the edges upon installation

Pulling the old OMC stringers is a breeze. Remove trunion clamps and remove drive, then unscrew boot from transom. Then undo the 4 stringer mounts and pick whole motor and intermediate
