question
if i have inadvertently reversed up and down hydraulic lines on the trim pump after replacement, will the check valves stop the fluid from flowing?
i installed a new unit and wired it up, motor runs but the outdrive will not move. could it need priming?

I would think it would just operate opposite of what it's supposed to. But to be sure, just hook it up correctly, run the pump up/down several times to bleed the system.
