Can't find trim sending unit on king cobra

Hi, i'm having trouble finding the trim position sending device on my lower unit I have a 1991 OMC sterndrive king cobra Engine model is 574APERGD
Gage used to work then got very jumpy now it stays pegged on one side or the other. I'll check for loose wires and didn't find any on the gauge.

ideas?
