Timing/Camshaft alignment question

O.K. Million Dollar Question!!!
Which one of these marks do I use to align camshaft for a timing belt change?
This particular image shows to align to the point on the left. My first thoughts were to align up to the middle.
I have found both answers on different websites. The manual only shows one alignment mark?

I put mine to the middle runs mint!!!!!

Just make sure the crankshaft is set properly as well. Can needs to be phased to the crank.
