I don't know any but if you look for a machine shop that does speed work and automobile performance engines, they will usually have the equipment and expertise to do it. The usually do charge a bit more for boring blind holes. Chicago is a big city--I am sure you will find a shop.
That is what I do. Out by me there is a machine shop that specializes in high performance engine and they do all my outboard engines. I am very satisfied with them because they bore slightly undersize and hone to correct size within a couple of .0001.
